"Never... I don’t think I've ever done an interview drunk. I mean, I drink normally. I like Scotch, I drink Scotch... I'm not an alcoholic... I’m a functioning, I probably function more effectively than 90 percent of the population."

Well, I'm convinced! https://t.co/0iIxIAWQqe
He caught himself about being an alcoholic. He started to say I am a functioning.... and looked for a way to end that sentence.

Yesterday, Rudy Giuliani told NBC in NY: "I don't think I've ever done an interview drunk." Notice he qualified it by saying "he doesn't think" he did. That's because he can't remember for sure. That's because he was drunk.

'I drink normally': @RudyGiuliani tells @NBC New York 'I don't think I've ever done an interview drunk' https://t.co/mqRhGl3rRo. Reminds me of the saying…I don’t have a drinking problem. I drink, I get drunk, I fall down. No problem!

I doubt if he struggles with alcohol.

He woke up in a jail cell one morning and asked the cop:
"Why am I here?"
"For drinking," replies the officer.
"Great," says Rudy, "when do we start?"

Dude was Trump's nominee to be ... secretary of the Army. And turned out to be too racist even for Trump (or, probably more accurately, too much of a headache for Senate Republicans) https://t.co/xbcFFUgF50
