Yeah... I always take my DL out of my wallet and put it in the murderous cop deterrent bag every time I get into my car. Then reverse the process when I get out.

So to be clear, these are so that your officers do not kill drivers who are reaching for their registration, as required by law?

Is there any pattern to what sorts of drivers are killed while doing this? Any common features?

You're saying that in your jurisdiction, drivers have to remove their ID from their wallet and stick in in this pouch every time they get into a car, or the police will just have no way of knowing whether to murder them.
