After campaigning on the promise that he wouldn’t have time to leave the White House or play golf, Trump visited his properties 547 times while in office, including 328 visits to his golf courses. https://t.co/A6BlIiQwnU

An interesting revelation in this @CNN piece, which confirms something we've heard about the Trumps. This re the deep, deep clean that's going down at the White House to free it of germs, given that it has been a COVID hotspot thanks to the Trumps. https://t.co/u7tRC1r3lj pic.twitter.com/zyCTa0rUnF

Mission accomplished.Putin wanted Trump in the White House because he believed that Trump would weaken the United States and the Western alliance. He was correct. https://t.co/nNW8OkbDxR

Let’s see if if Trump’s explicit goodbye video is enough for people on the Q Anon boards to accept he’s leaving the White House.

….ok this is going to take some time. pic.twitter.com/t4uygMaNJe
Trump leaves the White House with the lowest approval rating of any modern president (34%) and the lowest average rating (41%). Since polling began, no president has ever failed to top 50% approval . . . until now. Melania Trump leaves with the worst popularity rating for any first lady in polling history. (That includes the much-loathed Hillary Clinton!)
Outgoing presidents usually give a farewell address to the country. Donald Trump, calling himself "the only true outsider to ever win the presidency", released a 20-minute video for his supporters. Trump lied when he said he started "the greatest political movement" in US history. "The movement we started is only just beginning . . . We achieved more than anyone thought possible. . . . We did what we came here to do and so much more."
The video was released via the official White House Twitter account because Trump's personal account was banned and deleted after the January 6 attack on the Capitol. Whatever Trump has planned for his childish attempt to upstage Joe Biden's inauguration, Mike Pence will not be a part of it.
Brendan Hunt, an employee at the New York State Office of Court Administration, was arrested after threatening to murder several Democratic politicians. After the Capitol attack, he called for another insurrection to "slaughter these motherfuckers". In a December 6, 2020, Facebook post, Hunt wrote:
Trump, we want actual revenge on democrats. Meaning, we want you to hold a public execution of pelosi aoc schumer etc. And if you dont do it, the citizenry will. . . . Start up the firing squads, mow down these commies, and lets take america back! . . . Anyone enforcing this lockdown mask vaccine bullshit deserves nothing less than a bullet in their fucking head! Including cops! If you're going to shoot someone tho, go after a high value target like pelosi schumer or AOC. They really need to be put down. These commies will see death before they see us surrender! USA!!
Hunt posted a video entitled "KILL YOUR SENATORS" on January 8:
Slaughter them all . . . our government at this point is basically a handful of traitors . . . take up arms, get to D.C., probably the inauguration... so called inauguration of this motherfucking communist Joe Biden. . . . literally just spray these motherfuckers... like, that's the only option. . . . [T]hey're gonna come after us, they're gonna kill us, so we have to kill them first . . . put some bullets in their fucking heads. If anybody has a gun, give me it, I'll go there myself and shoot them and kill them . . . [W]e have to take out these senators and then replace them with actual patriots . . .
Raul Ruiz (D-CA) is the seventh member of Congress to test positive for COVID-19 since the attack on the Capitol. Various lawmakers have said numerous Republicans refused to wear masks in the crowded secure location and ridiculed members who were wearing masks.
The Daily Beast reports that promotional company tied to former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon appears to have sent text messages to as many as 400,000 people, urging them to go to Washington, D.C, on Jan. 6, when a MAGA mob stormed the Capitol. Bannon supported "Stop the Steal" on his podcast. Trump, having alienated nearly everyone around him, has renewed his friendship with Bannon.
Fox News has fired Chris Stirewalt, the political editor who defended the network's election night decisions and infuriated Donald Trump and his supporters, along with at least 16 digital editorial staffers, including senior editors. "There is a concerted effort to get rid of real journalists," said one recently departed Fox staffer. "They laid capable people off who were actual journalists and not blind followers." Fox is going all-in on its clown show of low-IQ entertainers, who the network has claimed in court are bullshit artists that no one in their right mind would believe.
So now, ( for however long Dump maintains his marbles ? ) we get to play "there is a tweet for that" as Dump rips into everything & everyone.
ReplyDeleteThere might be a few Republicans who wanna take him on a Boat trip to the Bayous ...... and push him in !
