Trump says "we have a very solid chance of winning," then immediately says, "I don't know what the chances are."
— Daniel Dale (@ddale8) November 3, 2020
Asked what he thinks the score will be in the Electoral College this time, Trump says last time it was 306 to 223 (actually 232; he never gets Clinton's number right) and "I think we will top it. I think we'll top it."
— Daniel Dale (@ddale8) November 3, 2020
What's so disturbing about these polls is that the left's positions are the most popular across the country, but both parties bash the left incessantly. https://t.co/0QsQenwe6w

Seems like our universal agreement to remember that early results are likely to be skewed dramatically in either direction did not survive first contact with 6PM.

Well it is Wolf Blitzer's first day covering politics. Not like this is something he should already know.

Just pathetic that a lot of random Twitter users are better equipped to analyze the results than this absolute tool
— L (@oklalp) November 3, 2020
The point of contrast is with other democracies that have had recently had elections or have polling, where usually the incumbent party sees an improvement (often a large one) as a result of dealing with Covid. Trump staying same is actually a sign of failure.

Federal court orders are not generally "optional." Is there a reason they "turned down" a judge's order? Is it time to arrest DeJoy and hold him in contempt? https://t.co/O0966y3y3N

UPDATE: Louis DeJoy wasn't just unable to comply.

The DNC is the worst opposition party in history. They don’t know how to fight and, worse yet, they don’t want to fight. They just think we should all just get along.

Seems to me if there are 300,000 ballots undelivered, two of the places you're counting where they ain't delivered are TAMPA and MIAMI, then it's hard to judge Florida just yet.
