Trump Described Cognitive Test's Last 5 Questions As "Very Hard"
(Here Are Two: What Year Is It? What City Are You In?)

When Fox's Chris Wallace read that Donald Trump had "aced" a cognitive test, he was curious, so he also took the test. Trump asked him how he did.
Wallace: It's not – well, it's not the hardest test. They have a picture and it says "What's that" and it's an elephant.

Trump: No, no, no … You see, that's all misrepresentation.

Wallace: Well, that's what it was on the web.

Trump: It's all misrepresentation. Because, yes, the first few questions are easy, but I'll bet you couldn't even answer the last five questions. I'll bet you couldn't, they get very hard, the last five questions.
For a person without dementia, the test is pretty easy. However, Trump's claim of misrepresentation may be correct. The version of the test I found online does have an elephant.

Lion. Rhinoceros. Camel. ... NO elephant!!! ... #fakenews

As far as the "very hard" last five questions, here are the last six questions, under "Orientation". The person is asked to identify:

[    ] Date
[    ] Month
[    ] Year
[    ] Day
[    ] Place
[    ] City
