1) Symptom ≠ Disease; 'Diarrhea' isn't 1 illness
2) Most diarrhea-causing illnesses aren't contagious
3) Diarrhea-related deaths are 3rd world, w/o risk of spreading to developed nations; Diarrhea deaths = Death by Dehydration
4) Those deaths matter, but have different solutions
